The boulevard, which runs along the shores of Bag-ong Lungsod, is well known for its scenic seascapes and long stretch of colorful lamp posts (Plate 90). The site is named after the late Cong. Vicente L. Pimentel, Sr. Tandag Boulevard is currently one of the main tourist destinations in the city. It is best visited at night to fully appreciate the colorful evening teamed with food hopping to different food stalls and stands offering street and local foods. People of all ages from different places come and enjoy the place. It is located along the national highway that people can stop over and appreciate the area. With more tourists, littering is also unavoidable therefore leaving plastics and other trashes. It can be easily accessed to all types of transportation. At the end of the boulevard is a long array of Barbeque Stalls which are always in high demand every night. Each stall has safe comfort rooms and lavatories. The entire boulevard is also a wifi zone courtesy of the local government unit of Tandag.
